Nature study of flowers along the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes Loop (formerly known as Castle Rock Loop), including wood found on trail and map of the trail etched on back.
Like a crow or magpie, while I hike, travel, and wonder through life, I collect bits of detritus as I go. Shiny and colorful, rusted and broken, beach glass and ordinary gray river rocks - these bits and pieces connect me to place.

Made for the Halstead Design Challenge with only the materials included in their challenge kit, and the found wood from the hike.
